This is a community of teachers that meet and discuss via Twitter on Sunday mornings. Each week, a set of questions are posted for discussion. Discussion begins at 9:00am EST and often continues until around 10:00am.
Boards!
Pinterest is "a destination in and of itself, a place where people can go to explore an interest." I have created my own Board where I save ideas, and I follow several boards that collect classroom ideas on lessons, decor, and seating.

York College, PA designs its Master in Education programs so that graduate students are members of a cohort, and provides a built-in PLN. Not only do we learn from our professors, but we also learn from each other.
